Evening guys got a issue with my Vectra b. It is a 1999 car and has abs light permanently on. on little to no pedal even after pressure bleeding several times. It has several codes shown up on diagnostics which are c0040 -(4)front right wheel speed sensor circuit open or short circuit. not present
c0121 -(2) valve realy circuit malfunction - not present
c0232 -(1) brake system telltaile voltage high or open circuit- Present

Any ideas it is a Kelsey unit. I did have abs working for last mot and after a while since then no abs breaks groaned when pressed hard.

Check the continuity of the sensor, and if that's ok, try giving the connectors a clean. Otherwise, try replacing that front left sensor with one from a breakers or a new one.

You might also be able to view live data from the sensor on opcom too.

The Kelsey Hayes and ecu is prone to fail and replaced a few over the years. Can be done without disturbing the brake pipes etc

Oops, I should have made reference to the right front sensor really shouldn't I? Doh!
