well, iv decided that i will be keeping hold of my vec for the forseable, as its in such good condition and a very reliable car, and it makes sence as me and the wife are saving to buy a house. im planninng on getting a weekend toy as well as keeping the vec as a daily runner, goin to be investing in a Westfield seiW hopfully with either a 1.8xe enging on throttle bodies or the 1.8 ford zetec blacktop engine again on throttle bodies. but thats enough about my plans, now for what iv been up to, as above as im keeping her i thought id treat her to a better map than the MAS one i had, so i booked in to courtenay sport to have it mapped and rolled. the guys down there are so good at what they do, i can understand now why all the fast stuff at the shows go there. the car is much more usable, it delivers the power in a much smoother way now, but its still very fast for a derv and it actually smokes less now than it did before. honestly i cant praise the guys enough and as the old saying goes you get what you pay for, it rolled 213bhp and 350ft/lb heres some pics

Fantastic results there Nick, she must pull like a train now!

With the new map, custom FMIC and uprated clutch she'll be an animal.

    Always loved your XP, stunning
